Job Description

The Accelerated Growth Consultant role at Google Customer Solutions focuses on driving growth for small and medium-sized businesses in the Dutch market. Responsibilities include building and managing sales pipelines, establishing strong client relationships, developing and executing effective marketing strategies using Google's product suite (Search, YouTube, Display Network), and consulting with C-level clients to achieve their online marketing goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, experience in advertising/sales/marketing/consulting, fluency in Dutch and English, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The role involves close collaboration with marketing teams and requires a proactive approach to identifying high-potential businesses.
Must have:
  • 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, or consulting
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Experience with Google marketing solutions
Good to have:
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Dutch fluently as this is a customer facing role working with English and Dutch speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in customer prospecting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
  • Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast changing environment.

The Accelerated Growth team (AGT) is a Sales team designed to grow small and medium sized businesses with high potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer growth, and make businesses more successful. As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will establish strategic relationships and consult to accelerate any type of business, including startups and known brands. You will provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis which enable these companies to become market leaders. You'll strive to explore the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, developing an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business. Working with them, you'll define their vision, broadening the scope of what they can achieve, alongside developing transformational digital growth strategies to take their business to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our Marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing, design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge, and deliver outstanding customer experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search, and Display Network platforms).
