This Account Manager role at Google focuses on servicing large real estate clients. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, proactively identifying and solving client problems, building strong client relationships, educating clients on new product features, and maximizing campaign results through the use of Google's advertising products. The role requires leveraging data analysis, developing growth strategies aligned with client business objectives, and understanding digital marketing trends to deliver successful advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with experience in online sales, business development, or digital advertising. Success in this role will contribute to both client growth and Google's business.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in online sales or related fields
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and strategy development
  • Expertise in Google Ads account management (preferred)
Good to have:
  • Experience in online ad sales, business development, marketing or consulting sales

As an Account Manager, you will play the role of a consultant providing solutions to improve the business of your assigned clients or to solve their business challenges. You will use your marketing skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to make recommendations to the clients on how they can develop their business by making better use of digital in marketing, thereby becoming a trusted partner and contributing to the client's success. Client's success will lead to business for the team and Google. You will learn Google's products fully and in a timely manner, and understand digital marketing, to utilize it in the business activity.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers. Identify and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
  • Build relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.
  • Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to maximize client campaign results.
  • Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop plans and prepare narratives to drive growth.
