Must have:

5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
Experience in managing FX payments and cross-border transactions
Strong understanding of payment processes and banking systems
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Familiarity with compliance requirements related to payments

This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payment execution, ensuring timely and accurate payments, optimizing cash management, and supporting treasury-related activities within the accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment processes, banking operations, and financial controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk in global payment transactions.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

Oversee and execute all vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other outgoing payments in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage payment cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with cash flow strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, resolving payment issues, and ensuring seamless payment execution.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company treasury policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment operations and enhance automation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to payments and cash management.
Provide analysis and reporting on payment trends, discrepancies, and reconciliation activities.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury Operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience in in managing FX payments, cross-border transactions, and treasury-related reporting.
Strong understanding of payment processes, banking systems, and treasury operations.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and payment platforms.
Familiarity with compliance requirements related to payments, including fraud prevention and SOX controls.
