Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within the Assurance Service Line, will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements as well as other ad hoc administrative tasks.

About You

At the Administrative level, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers.

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting yourself in a professional manner and take responsibility for your work 

  • Flex approach to meet the changing needs of the teams

  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

  • Learn about business needs and consider the impact on services provided.

  • Take action to stay current with new and evolving technology.

  • Handle and analyse data and information responsibly.

  • Communicate with empathy and adapt your communication style to meet the needs of the situation and audience.

  • Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

  • Fluent understanding of English and strong writing and communication skills.Basic accounting knowledge will be considered an asset
