Job Description

The Affiliate Executive will manage affiliate and publisher networks, focusing on recruiting and onboarding new affiliates. This role involves supporting the Affiliate Manager in optimizing existing networks and developing new partnerships. Working within the broader marketing team, the executive will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute data-driven campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure compliance, primarily focusing on the Brazilian market.
Must have:
  • Support the affiliate manager on affiliate and partner marketing activities through optimizing current networks and developing new opportunities with new partners.
  • Activate campaigns by working with affiliate networks and affiliate partners.
  • Support in managing large performance marketing campaigns.
  • Support promotions and new product launches.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders within the local team in Brazil as well as HQ in Athens, Greece.
  • Plan, strategise, monitor, analyze and report registrations and revenue from affiliates.
  • Improve lead quality by analyzing performance on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and identify any illicit, unethical or improper to the brand activity and stop it.
  • Build and manage relationships with various affiliate partners.
  • Support the local partners, ensuring their onboarding process, assisting/following up their daily routine and maximizing their performance on our Affiliates Program.
  • Seek and nurture local partners relationships to generate growth.
  • Run affiliate content check, ensuring the affiliates are promoting our offer properly and in a compliant way.
  • Ensuring top positions are gained on biggest affiliate websites.
  • Optimize local partners performance through Social Media channels (WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram).
  • Liaise between our Marketing Agency and our internal team to develop customized content and campaigns for affiliates.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

  • Understanding of sports betting and casino verticals in iGaming

Let’s start with the role

The new Affiliate Executive will be responsible for managing the network of affiliates and publishers by assisting the Affiliate Manager - recruiting and onboarding new affiliates and facilitating the onboarding as the key, daily task. As a member of the broader marketing team, you will be working closely with internal (CRM, Casino, Compliance, BI, international local teams) and external stakeholders (Creative & Comms agencies, affiliates, Media, partners) in order to support and execute campaigns that combine creative briefs with data-driven decisions.

What you will bring

The ideal candidate has experience working with iGaming business and has a solid understanding of its business rationale. The candidate is a “hands-on” professional, a quick learner and a true team player, eager to jump on new challenges while maintaining smooth operational delivery of long-term projects and recurring tasks. More specifically, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or other relevant fields (Master’s Degree in related fields will be considered a plus);
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the iGaming / Sports / Casino industry;
  • Native Brazilian Portuguese is mandatory;
  • Fluency in English also mandatory;
  • Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control and ROI analyses.
  • Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to work on tight deadlines;
  • Excellent understanding of growth strategies;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian Sports & Entertainment industry;
  • Familiarity with new social media trends, new practices and innovations for the Brazilian market;
  • Being up-to-date on new developments in the Marketing field;
  • Ability to combine resources and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
