Pristine AI is pioneering a ‘Self-Improving Conversational Enterprise Solution Platform’. We are seeking highly motivated AI/ML Engineers to join our teams in Mumbai and Chennai. As AI/ML Engineer, you will leverage Statistics, ML, Software Engineering, LLM, Knowledge Graph, Agents, RAG, Forecasting, Optimization, Python and Oracle to conceptualize, design, and implement solutions that will have a transformational positive effect on our clients’ financial success.

We need 3 to 5 years experienced full stack AI Engineers with exceptional problem-solving skills. Full stack at PristineAI means solving a problem from shaping business needs through architecture, design, implementation, and deployment. This role mandates applying AI to each application layer. A curious, learning mind set, rapidly iterating through new concepts, and persistent hard work to produce practical business solutions is a must.

Our Conversational AI platform - Kai democratizes AI and puts AI directly in the hands of decision makers. Our Predictive Optimization platform - Presto - tremendously improves Retailers’ profitability.

We leverage AI in every aspect of our platform, - for the UX, for Backend code generation as well as for providing Optimized Recommendations and solid Forecasts. We need engineers who can expertly synthesize and apply these technologies.

Industry Experience: 3- 5 years

Education: Bachelors / Master’s Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics or Math.

Technical Proficiency:

· Hands-on conceptualization through deployment AI solution life cycle experience.

· Supervised and Unsupervised ML.

· CNN, ANN, RNN, GANs.

· Causal Inferencing, Significance Testing, A/B testing.

· Gradient Descent, Multi-objective optimization, Combinatorial Optimization.

· Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, RF, Clustering, SVMs, Boosting.

· Transformers, LLM, NLP and Conversational AI.

· Knowledge Graphs, Graph Database, Intelligent Agents, and RAG.

· Python, R, Oracle, Git, JIRA, Azure, testRigor, TensorFlow, Pytorch, SkLearn.

· CI/CD, DevOps, and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Microservices.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business challenges, ask right questions, define precise problem statements, develop superior logical solution approaches, create detailed technical design, and rapidly develop and deliver production ready solutions.

· Rigorously practice PristineAI’s formal solution life cycle process. Create, review, and certify formal artifacts: Requirement Def, logical solution, tech design and code.

· Generate/write scalable, reliable, and maintainable high-standard code.

· Conduct data analysis leveraging advanced statistical techniques and present it with succinct and effective visual aids and formats.

· Develop AI/ML models and algorithms and integrating them with our solution platform.

· Deploy models and application components into production environments.

· Stay updated with the latest industry concepts and technologies.
