Team, about the role

Our flagship teams are composed of over 400 talented artists who tackle challenging tasks every day — from creating unique stylistic visions and developing new concepts to redesigning and finalizing graphics. People always play a key role in art creation, so we do everything possible to support their work by integrating innovative solutions.

We are currently looking for an AI Producer — an expert who will take on the development of a strategy for integrating AI into art processes, actively advance and promote new approaches in the product, optimize and enhance art pipelines.

We have a strong art community of professionals known both within and beyond the game development industry. And we would be eager for equally passionate people to join our team.

Tasks

  • Configuring and adapting Stable Diffusion for project tasks.
  • Working with Midjourney to find references and create drafts.
  • Generating and processing images, bringing them to final production quality.
  • Working with art content (isometric graphics, icons, illustrations, characters, and backgrounds); refining sketches and drafts, improving and finalizing art.
  • Collecting and preparing datasets for training models and LORA, tailored to the project's style.
  • Developing and optimizing pipelines for working with graphics, visualizing processes, and promoting AI within the project.

Our stack

Adobe Photoshop, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Blender.

Requirements

  • Experience in team management, evaluation, and development.
  • Understanding of production pipelines and specifics of game graphics development.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, form, volume, and color.
  • Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender).
  • Knowledge of the global mobile game market and graphic trends.

Preferred

  • Portfolio with examples of work in a casual style.
  • Basic technical skills: experience with game engines, knowledge of programming languages.
