Ally (VR Bartender & Floor Team Member) Part Time

Our Allies are our guests’ sidekicks as they head into a parallel reality. Part hosts, and part entertainers, they’re 100% customer service superstars. Whether our guests are navigating the OTHERWORLD island paradise or relaxing with a cocktail in the bar, our Allies help create a unique journey to entice them back again and again.

We'll help you to learn about the magic which makes VR and OTHERWORLD special. This role is for either of our London OTHERWORLD locations: Haggerston or London Victoria, and is available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

You will:

• Help create an immersive, memorable and high-quality experience throughout our guests’ visits
• Guide our guests through the OTHERWORLD experience as their ally and first port of call for any help they need
• Use your excellent product training and knowledge to suggest VR experiences, drinks and food your guests might enjoy
• Uphold our values and policies, and support us to meet our commitments to hygiene, health and safety and equal opportunities
• Support your team to keep your OTHERWORLD venue clean, tidy, welcoming and well-maintained
• Help new Allies during their first weeks learn about OTHERWORLD’s culture and way to deliver high quality guest experiences

• True passion for hospitality, service, and guest experience
• Ability to work varied hours over the week including weekends and evenings
• Positive, self-motivated personality with the flexibility to work in different scenarios and parts of the venue
