Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing services at PwC, you'll play a key role in helping our clients develop compliant, tax-efficient structures. You'll be responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements, including transfers of intellectual property, tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions. Your responsibilities will include documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements. You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You'll need to demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems, as well as the ability to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends. You'll also need to review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance. You'll be expected to seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively and influence others. You'll also need to uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Must have:

Advanced or graduated degree in Economics or related fields
Intermediate/Advanced English
At least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing
Experience managing a portfolio of clients for documentation and consulting projects in transfer pricing

Good to have:

Knowledge of information security and data protection
Correct information security management

A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.

Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
