The Finance Analyst will support planning and forecasting processes, providing crucial information for decision-making and collaborating closely with the business. Responsibilities include preparing forecasts, annual operating plans, and five-year plans; analyzing P&L variances; communicating with budget owners; reviewing and consolidating financial submissions; assisting with system development for budgeting and reporting; managing relationships with accounting; assisting with financial estimating; performing ad-hoc analysis; and collaborating on presentations for senior management. This role requires a degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or planning.

How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Finance Analyst will join our team to support planning and forecasting processes.

This role is crucial for providing essential information that facilitates decision-making and ensures close collaboration with the business. It offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and growth, contributing to strategic initiatives and driving business performance.

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and coordinate forecast, annual operating plan and five-year plan financial submissions. Understand and explain variations.

  • Analyze actual P&L variances against forecast, plan and prior year for external reporting purposes.

  • Communicate regularly with budget owners to ensure plans reflect most current strategies and information.

  • Review, analyze and consolidate financial submissions.

  • Assists with developing and maintaining systems, allowing financial planning and control for budgeting and reporting purposes.

  • Develop and manage relationship with accounting to ensure financial statements accurately reflect results and policies.

  • Assist Manager with financial estimating and tracking of daily operation.

  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required to support the financial needs of the business.

  • Collaborate with the preparation of presentations for Senior Management.

  • Consult with the Accounting team during quarterly financial close.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Financial areas, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Planning.

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Knowledge of SAP/BW/Cognos is a plus.
