Job Description

Absolute Sports seeks a Contract Anime Writer to produce 3-5 articles daily on trending anime and manga topics. Responsibilities include staying up-to-date on current events, creating original content (character analyses, storyline predictions, etc.), and adhering to strict quality standards (no plagiarism, factual accuracy, etc.). Ideal candidates possess strong writing and editing skills, a deep understanding of anime/manga series, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to a broad audience. Experience reading manga and watching anime is preferred. The role requires quick turnaround times and meeting deadlines.

Must have:

Write 3-5 articles daily
Meet deadlines efficiently
No plagiarism, falsified facts
Track trending topics
Deep knowledge of anime/manga

The Opportunity

Experience: 6+ months

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Write 3 to 5 articles daily.
Able to work under deadlines and deliver work quickly and efficiently.
Articles should not have an ounce of plagiarism, falsified facts, idea theft, clout-farming, click-baiting, and should not be derogatory in any form.
Can keep track of trending topics around the anime and manga and can break them on time.
Expected to develop a knowledge base for trends, news, fresh content from creators etc. Should be able to write on the current chapter/episode’s characters, actions, future speculations, and storyline without having to search on google.
Authors who read the manga as well as watch the anime would be preferred.
Shifts Available: 11 AM to 7 PM IST or 8 PM to 4 AM IST

Requirements

Applicants must be highly motivated and possess the following requirements:
Relevant experience in writing and editing.
Decent understanding of the series and their theories so far.
A good grasp of the English language and the ability to communicate niche ideas to a wide-spread audience.
