Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Temenos Transact and TPH to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Temenos Transact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, acting as the primary point of contact. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Ensure the quality and integrity of applications through rigorous testing and debugging. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Temenos Transact and TPH, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Temenos Transact. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Temenos Payment Hub. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of testing and debugging techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Temenos Transact. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
