Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon.
Preference:
● Candidates Living in Gurgaon or nearby in Delhi NCR.
● Minimum 3+ years of job experience in Building/Construction Architecture.
● Knowledge of making BOQs.
● Experience in handling High end luxury residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate should be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams, Space planning & Architectural & Interior detailing using AutoCAD. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. The candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities:
● Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project in all aspects (Architectural, structures, space planning , Interiors & MEP etc.).
● Open to learning details and implementing them in creating eco-friendly projects.
● Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
● Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire design and construction process.
● Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, budgets and timeline. Required
Qualifications:
● Bachelor or Master degree in architecture B. Arch or M. Arch.
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
● Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
● Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
● Experience in Handling high end luxury projects is mandatory.
● Experience in site handling and coordination.
● Knowledge of making BOQs is a must.
