As a key member of this team, you will help architect the IT infrastructure integration of newly acquired companies, minimizing business disruption and ensuring the company is maximizing the value of acquisition through integration.
In this role, you will partner with Engagement Managers/Integration Leads and be responsible for understanding the business and technical requirements of the engagement. You will translate the business and technical requirements into solutions and level-of-effort estimates for implementing those solutions. Architects will be in a consultative role with the Business and Application/DevOps teams, anticipating their needs and applying the benefit of previous experience and expertise to the engagement. The Architect will lead the overall technical solution from definition to start of implementation while collaborating with other team members and departments to support solutioning.

Lead technologist for the integration, responsible for the technical success of each business partner integration program
Influence internal Infrastructure Teams to adapt services and processes to better meet integration requirements
Present to Business/IT teams on our client infrastructure and hosting services and identify the benefits of hosting and/or integrating
Provide thoughtful and innovative solutions to complex technical problems
Consider options, design, estimate and communicate solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs and are in alignment with business and IT goals/objectives
Produce documentation such as high-level architecture diagrams to support recommended solutions
Provide reliable and trusted points of view of relatable customer integrations. For example, how other customers with similar needs have succeeded in their integrations
Must have
B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent
4+ years of leadership and IT business integration architecture experience in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Broad IT background with knowledge in various technologies, hosting platforms and concepts/methodologies (Not all are required)
