OverviewAs the Conversational AI Leader, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our conversational AI platform across the company. You will be responsible for leading the architecture and design efforts, overseeing the integration of conversational AI solutions into our systems, managing teams, and collaborating with vendors. Your expertise in conversational AI, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will drive innovation, enhance user experiences, and optimize operational efficiency through the effective implementation of conversational AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and implementation of conversational AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Architect and design scalable and robust conversational AI systems, considering factors such as natural language processing (NLP), dialog management, and intent recognition.
- Oversee the integration of conversational AI technologies into existing platforms and systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists, to define and refine requirements for conversational AI solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of conversational AI specialists, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, leveraging their expertise and resources to accelerate the development and deployment of conversational AI solutions.
Years of Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in designing, implementing, and scaling conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Strong architectural skills, with a deep understanding of conversational AI design principles, NLP techniques, and dialog management frameworks.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and APIs, with experience in connecting conversational AI platforms with backend systems and data sources.
- Solid team management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams towards common goals.
- Familiarity with the OneReach platform or other conversational AI platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and relationship building.
- Knowledge of privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to conversational AI systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in conversational AI, constantly evaluating and recommending new tools and frameworks for improvement.
- Drive the evaluation and selection of third-party conversational AI platforms, including the OneReach platform, ensuring their compatibility and suitability for the organization's needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for conversational AI solutions, and regularly monitor and report on their performance and impact.
- Ensure compliance with relevant privacy and security standards, as well as ethical considerations, in the design and implementation of conversational AI systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conduct user research, testing, and feedback collection to continuously enhance and iterate on conversational AI solutions.
