Responsibilities:
Lightspeed Studios are one of the world’s most innovative and successful game developers. We are expanding across China, the United States, Singapore, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and New Zealand.Founded in 2008, LightSpeed Studios has created over 50 games across multiple platforms and genres for more than 4 billion registered users. It is the co-developer of worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE.
ゲームの絵的な方向性についてディレクターとともに大きな決定権を持つ。
世界観構築のための知識や理論をもって、知識と理論に基づいたオリジナリティの高い提案をする。
ゲーム内容についても知識を持って、単に絵の評価だけではなくゲームとしてユーザーに伝えるべき。
優先などについても判断する。
目指すべき絵に必要な技術的案件についても判断する。
具体的に
・ディレクターの作りたい内容に合わせたグラフィックコンセプトの提案、作成。
・ゲームグラフィックに関する品質管理。
・グラフィック作成指示書の作成、成果物のディレクション。
・クライアントや、内部/外部デザイナーとの折衝。
Requirements:
・ゲームのアートディレクターとしてクオリティチェックや進行管理経験3年以上 。
・向上心を持ち新しい表現・技術・絵作りに真摯に努力し続けられる方。
