As the Art Director, you will be responsible for developing design concepts that work across multiple regions, incorporating cultural insights, and ensuring designs are both innovative and functional. You’ll play a key role in shaping packaging, digital, and web design projects, collaborating with internal teams to bring fresh creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop global design concepts that adapt to various regional requirements
• Create innovative and functional packaging designs, with an emphasis on sustainability, materials, and manufacturability
• Design high-quality digital assets for web, mobile, and social platforms
• Generate multiple creative design concepts from the same brief with minimal direction
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
• Transform brief feedback into multiple design solutions with minimal guidance
• Create clear visual hierarchies and layouts for both packaging and digital formats
• Introduce fresh, creative perspectives to design challenges while ensuring brand consistency
• Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail for production-ready designs
• Collaborate closely with client teams, presenting and refining design concepts based on feedback
• Stay up-to-date with design trends in both packaging and digital spaces

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in creating global design concepts
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative packaging and digital design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools
• Exceptional ability to generate multiple creative concepts quickly and effectively
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced understanding of visual hierarchy, spatial design, and design principles
• Track record of solving design challenges with fresh, innovative approaches
• Ability to ensure consistent design outputs across various touchpoints and media
• High attention to detail and a focus on production-ready designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
• Awareness of current design trends and the ability to incorporate them into your work
