職務内容:
- フランチャイズの市場評価とデータ分析により、ディレクターと共に日本のフランチャイズ戦略を立案、実行する
- 戦略に基づく、マーケティング施策立案、実行
- 全体戦略に従い、市場情報、消費者インサイト、マーケティングカレンダーをLOBと共有し、戦略的意思決定を支援する
- 戦略に基づくガイダンス、コンサルティングをLOBへ提供し、マーケティング施策をマネージする
- 複数のLOBを対象としたタスクフォースやプロジェクトチームを運営し、フランチャイズ成長プランを実行する
- Owned Media（ソーシャル、公式サイト）の戦略立案と実行、LOBと連携した投稿プランニング、運営管理
- 担当フランチャイズのマーケティング予算管理
- USの各ステークホルダー（エンタープライズ・フランチャイズ・マネジメント、各スタジオのフランチャイズ・マネジメント、など）と連携し、グローバル戦略をローカライズし、実行する（確認・承認取得）
- 日本国内、APAC、USと連携し、ベストプラクティスおよびアップデートを共有する
- USおよびAPACのステークホルダーの日本市場の理解を促す
- コンテンツ・マーケティング（Integrated Marketing）の一員として、フランチャイズの視点から新作劇場作品、新作Disney+作品のリリース・プランニングに関与し、必要な役割を習得する
- コミコンや、スターウォーズの日等の関連イベントの企画、進行管理業務
必須条件:
- 3年以上のブランドおよびプロダクトマーケティング領域での実務経験（デジタル・マーケティング含む）
- エンターテイメントおよびその業界に関する知識
- グローバル企業、もしくは同等のグローバル環境における英語での実務経験
- PCスキル：Excel、Word、PowerPoint
- 戦略的思考
- プロジェクトマネジメント能力、マルチタスク能力
- リーダーシップ、イニシアティブ
- コミュニケーション力、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力
- ストーリーテリングのあるプレゼンテーション力
