Third Bridge provides expert research services to private equity funds, consulting firms, credit, and public equity funds. Founded in 2007, it has grown to over 1,500 employees across twelve offices. The Associate (Consulting Clients) role focuses on delivering outstanding service by understanding client needs and connecting them with industry experts. This involves identifying, engaging, and managing experts to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making, ensuring clients access the right expertise to achieve their objectives effectively.
Must have:
  • Deliver outstanding client service by understanding client needs and project requirements.
  • Problem solve client needs, anticipate requests, and recommend/schedule the right experts.
  • Establish strong client relations to be their trusted partner.
  • Identify and engage relevant experts from our network.
  • Find and recruit new experts across various sectors.
  • Proactively reach out to potential experts via phone and email, often through cold calls.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and experts.
  • Schedule and monitor call feedback for speedy knowledge exchange.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Audit projects to identify areas of improvement.

Please note, in applying to this role, you are not applying to be a Consultant. Third Bridge is a market-leading investment research firm that orchestrates and creates research for our clients. This role is an Associate at Third Bridge and you'll be working with our Consulting Clients.

Our consulting clients work on behalf of large companies (e.g. Fortune 500’s) or institutional investors and support them by doing deep dive research to provide guidance on their corporate strategy or investment decisions. Associate, Consulting Clients

The Associate (Consulting Clients) role is a results-driven role focused on delivering outstanding service to clients by understanding their specific needs on each project and connecting them with industry experts. In this position, you will leverage your ability to identify, engage, and manage experts who provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making for our clients. By thoroughly understanding the scope of each project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients gain access to the right expertise, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively.

After completing our in-depth training at the New Joiner Academy, your key focus will be to:

  • Deliver outstanding client service
  • Establish and understand client needs and project requirements through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem solve client needs to anticipate likely requests, thinking creatively to recommend and schedule the right experts for each part of the project
  • Establish strong client relations to be their trusted partner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with experts
  • Identify and engage relevant experts from our network who are best suited to providing the insight the clients require on each project.
  • Find and recruit new experts into our network across various sectors to provide relevant insights for clients.
  • Proactively reach out to potential experts via phone and email, often through cold calls, to propose and engage them for specific projects.
  • Manage and deliver commercial projects
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and experts.
  • Schedule and monitor call feedback to ensure speedy and effective exchange of knowledge between experts and clients
  • Prioritise and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of expert insights that meet client expectations.
  • Audit projects to identify areas of improvement for future projects

Salary: Competitive base salary of $60,000 with access to our uncapped bonus scheme after just 1 month. Plus an increase of $5,000 on your base salary upon performance milestone achievement (average timeframe is within the 1st year).

In Year 1, an average performer can expect to earn at least $70,000 OTE, but our top performers make more!

Time Off

Vacation: 15 vacation days and 2 personal days, increasing to 20 vacation days after 2 years of service.
