Associate Creative Producer

As Associate Ccurreative Producer for Social Casino Slot games, you support the lead Creative Producer, Lead Designer and Lead Artist to create a realistic plan for delivering the game.
You will assist the production and development team with building the highest quality of games - from concept to release. This individual needs to be passionate about planning, organizing, and championing our product vision and design!
You’ll have a good grasp of the industry and all the disciplines that go into making a game. You draw on this and your organizational and people skills to solve problems and keep the project on track.

What You'll Do

·       Partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements + communicate them across the studio and partners

·       Coordination between art/dev teams in Poland and India to make sure that expectations are clear, and questions are answered related to milestone feedback

·       Understanding of creative art process, keep track of where we are in art production cycle, understand Tech Art team need and communicate the same to Creative Art team to make sure art deliveries are smooth

·       Anticipate risks & put plans of action in place to overcome them

·       Sync up with the Creative Producer, Design Lead, and Art Lead on progress and momentum + follow up on open Jira tasks

·       Look for opportunities to improve and evolve our processes, methods, and practices

·       Manage a specific area of product development tasks and support production by performing short-term tasks and objectives

·       Influence the creation and oversight of project documentation, testing, and processes

·       Assist in the management, tracking, and approvals of game assets

·       Working along with the Creative Producer to develop program concepts and ideas

·       Project research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources

·       Active involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to develop concept briefs, and suggesting improvements

·       Documentation gathering for reviews, including items like team feedback and gameplay videos

·       Creation and maintaining of game play documentation for use withing the games

What We're Looking For

·       Bachelor’s degree in art (or in any discipline) with 9-12 years of experience in Art/Tech Art Field with some project management experience

·       3+ years of experience in the slot gaming industry

·       Ability to collaborate in a global, diverse, and face-paced environment, across multiple time zones and build consensus and drive results

·       Strong Communicator, Collaborative, highly organized, Curios, Respectful, Flexible and Player focused

·       Embraces “Being Bold” – not afraid to propose new ideas, embrace new challenges, suggest changes, etc.

·       Interest in / passion for slot gaming
