The Associate Executive - Administration supports the efficient operation of invenioLSI by handling daily administrative tasks, managing communications, organizing records, and assisting with office policy implementation. Responsibilities include general administration, stationery management, event planning (birthdays, town halls, retreats), IMS/ISO audit support, vendor billing and payment processing, client welcoming, courier management, and collaboration with various departments (HR, IT, Marketing, Finance). The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
