As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing client proposals, ensuring methodological soundness while consistently delivering exceptional services. You'll leverage coding skills to enhance reporting and data processes. Your role involves leading teams, mentoring junior members, and contributing to the growth of practice areas. This also includes driving strategic problem-solving engagements and synthesizing insights from various sources for commercial decisions. You will also be involved in supporting business development activities. The role requires strong project and people management skills and a good understanding of the life sciences industry.
Must have:
- 6+ years of experience in data and analytics in life sciences.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions.
- Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) are preferred.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude.
- Proven project and people management skills.

In this role you will oversee and develop client proposals, ensuring methodological soundness while consistently delivering exceptional services within timelines and budgets. You will leverage your coding skills to enhance reporting and data processes, drive client engagement, and identify growth opportunities for the firm. This role requires effective leadership of diverse teams and mentorship of junior members, contributing to their professional development and the overall growth of our practice areas.
We'll Trust you to:
- Own workstreams within multi-disciplinary client projects—framing problems, structuring analyses, and delivering high-quality outputs on time and on budget.
- Lead development of field force optimization strategies, including deployment models, role design and omnichannel integration . Also, track market trends and help shape future looking models considering technological interventions like GenAi
- Partner with cross-functional client teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs) to shape go-to-market strategies, leveraging analytics, market insights, and customer segmentation.
- Drive strategic problem-solving engagements, synthesizing complex market dynamics, stakeholder feedback, and healthcare trends to deliver actionable
- Synthesize insights from market research, performance data, and stakeholder interviews to inform commercial decisions.
- Develop client-ready deliverables—story-focused slide decks, operating models, roadmaps, and workshop materials.
- Guide and coach analysts and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring consistent quality.
- Support business development by shaping proposals, scoping new engagements, and identifying follow-on opportunities.
- Champion best practices in customer engagement, bringing fresh perspectives on AI-enabled tools and emerging commercial models.
What you Bring:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
- Technical Expertise: Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) are strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Project & People Management: Proven project management and people management skills, with experience as a team leader or manager.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry.
