E-Line Media and Endless Network have formed a partnership to create a new venture (Endless Studios) that harnesses the power of games and digital creation experiences to create a Metaverse of Learning -- where youth play to learn and learn to make, as they build skills to thrive in a rapidly changing, globally connected world.

Endless Studios' first major software offering Endstar is available for free download (endlessstudios.com/endstar). Endstar is a community-driven creation sandbox game where you can create, play, and share all in real-time multiplayer. Endstar features a strong emphasis on learning through creation including design, art, and coding pathways.

The Company’s first service, Endless Studios (endlessstudios.com), operates as a highly-distributed, youth-centered game making studio where teens and young adults apprentice with game industry pros and other aspiring game makers to create games using The Endless Mission, Unity, and other creation tools.

About the position:

We are seeking an associate producer to contribute to Endstar's development by supporting the existing departments, helping to coordinate between them, and ensuring we are on track for major milestones and contractual deadlines. We're looking for someone who has experience managing games, and ideally has a basic understanding of Unity, or comparable game engines. This is a full-time, work from home position.

As our Associate Producer, you will …

• Work closely with the Lead Engineer and Lead Artist to coordinate milestones and major features;
• Check in regularly with various departments to ensure tasks are being completed on schedule;
• Own and manage our Jira boards, assigning tickets and managing backlog;
• Break down large features into manageable tasks in collaboration with the team;
• Track progress against milestones and flag risks or delays early;
• Coordinate with our (outsourced) QA team to manage testing priorities and bug triage;
• Follow up on threads that need clarification or decision-making, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks;
• Take ownership of the internal roadmap, helping to set timelines and goals;

We are looking for someone who has …

• Comfort working with small teams in a fast-moving, creative environment with shifting priorities;
• A sense of self-direction and personal drive;
• Excellent communication and team skills;
• Shipped one or more games;
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Google Docs, etc.);
• A proactive mindset — you're the kind of person who checks in, follows up, and connects the dots;
• The ability to effectively collaborate with a team of other programmers, artists, and designers;
• Strong documentation and reporting skills;

It’s a bonus if you have …

• A willingness to interact with a live community, possibly even with live (video) events;
• Experience managing or working with outsourced QA teams;
• Basic experience with Unity or comparable game engines;
• A background in game development or a strong understanding of game development cycles;
• Exposure to both creative and technical workflows (art pipelines, game builds, version control, etc.);
• An interest in building production processes from the ground up;
