We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Product Manager to join our Product team at Phenom People. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our Recruiter Experience (RX) product, which is a key component of our talent experience platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, gather product requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the RX product
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Define and track key product metrics to measure the success of the RX product
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and external clients
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management and recruitment technology
- 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Product management certification is a plus

Work Experience
What You’ve Done
We prefer candidates with these experiences
- Experience in product management - worked as PO or APM or PM in a SaaS product organization
- Experience collaborating with customers and internal business partners
- Experience working with distributed / international teams
- Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools
- 1 to 2 years of experience in product management - as a product manager or product owner
- Experience in HR Tech industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. MBA is highly desirable.
