With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator(KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing and Talent Pooling: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, and networking to source top talent and build a strong talent pipeline
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide insights into talent availability, and execute the recruitment process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a tech, gaming, or media environment.
- BE, MBA, PGDM, or an equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interview techniques, and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with recruitment tools (ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) and proficiency in using social media to attract talent.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities at once.
