This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and providing action reminders. The position offers flexibility and the chance to utilize bilingual skills daily, engaging with diverse customers and contributing to global market insights. Day 1 orientation will be in-person at the Mexico City office. Equipment is provided by Nielsen.
