Job Description Position summary We are seeking a Bilingual Software Engineer with strong communication skills in both English and Japanese (N3 or above) to bridge our onsite and offshore teams. The candidate will work closely with customers, ensuring satisfaction by gathering requirements, coordinating project scope, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. This opportunity allows for skill growth and meaningful contributions in a dynamic environment. Duties And Responsibilities
Interacting with the customer to understand customer requirements and coordinate closely with the offshore team to meet customer expectations.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Meeting Technical staff and Business stakeholders on aspects of scope clarification, requirements gathering, coordination, etc.
Active collaboration with technical, QA, and Management for planning, tracking, and resolving project issues.
Interacting with sales, business development team
Interacting with vendors
Appropriate reporting and execution of tasks discussed by the Manager.
Qualifications Requirements
Bilingual engineer with fluent English and Japanese verbal/writing skills
Knowledge of software development methodology and process. Technology skills as required for the job opening
Hands on experience in software development/ testing and bridging between onsite and offshore teams.
Direct customer management experience
Education: B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MCA
Certification: N3 or above
