Job Description

As a Brand Manager at Haleon, you will be the driving force behind the Voltaren brand, ensuring it stands out and delivers value to consumers. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing brand strategies, innovating and bringing new products to market, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and managing the ANZ Brand P&L. You will be responsible for shaping the brand, ensuring consistent messaging, and adapting strategies based on consumer behavior and market trends. You'll also be involved in budget management and forecasting to achieve sales targets.

  • Proven track record in Brand Management, ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media.

The role,

As a brand manager you’re the driving force behind our flagship brand Voltaren ensuring it stands out in the crowd but also delivers real value to consumers. You will work across a range of activities from strategic planning and product development to digital marketing and consumer insights, your expertise will shape how our brand is perceived, while your creativity will fuel impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.

What you will be doing,

Shape the brand- develop and execute brand strategies that set us apart in a competitive consumer landscape

Innovate and elevate- lead the charge in bringing new products to market ensuring they align with consumer needs and market trends

Collaborate and lead partner with cross functional teams, including, sales, supply chain, finance, R&D to ensure consistent brand messaging and business growth

Analyst and adapt- dive into the data to understand consumer behaviour, market opportunities, and competitor movements, adapting your strategy accordingly

Budget and forecast- manage ANZ Brand P&L to ensure agreed sales and profit targets are delivered. Track and report on sales budgets, forecasts and market performance data to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets

About You,

  • A prove track record in Brand Manager ideally in healthcare, FMCH or FMCH
  • Strong strategic and commercial, creative thinking, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable plans
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media
  • A passion for healthcare and wellness with an understanding consumer needs and trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholder at all levels.
