Job Summary
Job Description
HOLOGATE is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage its financial operations. Responsibilities include processing and assigning incoming invoices, creating outgoing invoices, maintaining customer and supplier master data, assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, supporting audit processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate possesses native-level German and fluent English, a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, accounting experience, knowledge of tax laws and regulations, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.

Deine Aufgaben
- Prüfen, Erfassen und Zuordnen aller Eingangsrechnungen
- Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Pflege der Stammdaten von Kunden und Lieferanten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Unterstützung der Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozesse
- Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rechnungslegungsstandards
Schlüsselqualifikationen
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachen Niveau und fließend in Englisch
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Kenntnisse der Steuergesetze und -vorschriften
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
