Its recent games include Naraka: Bladepoint, Knives Out, Onmyoji, Identity V, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, etc. Along with its many creative partnerships, NetEase is expanding its portfolio of studios, including Bad Brain Game Studios, Jackalyptic Games, Jar of Sparks, and Quantic Dream.

The Job

Producer working on a co-op FPS game. You will ensure our small team is productive, not just busy. You will:

  • Working directly with the studio leadership and Creative Director to drive the completion of project goals and help the team make informed decisions
  • Facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across a multi-discipline development team
  • Create and track long-range project schedules for features and initiatives
  • Get hands-on whenever needed to close milestones
  • Anticipate issues and remove roadblocks or bottlenecks that may prevent developers from achieving their goal
  • Building a nimble, flexible, helpful production team from scratch

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of game production experience in production roles
  • Able to build, track, and maintain complex schedules
  • Knowledge of software development process, project management, and production processes

Preferred Experience:

  • Have shipped a FPS title
  • Experience working in an Unreal Engine environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Salary Ranges (USD): $85,000 - $160,000
