Job Description

AnaVation seeks a Business Analyst to support a mission-critical customer in Reston, VA. Responsibilities include maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracking reports, supporting document review and delivery, assisting with office support, and production management. The analyst will provide coordination support for meetings, track deliverables, and support requirements management by gathering information and evaluating output requirements. The role also involves supporting the Program Manager in coordinating and tracking personnel onboarding and security document delivery. Analyzing business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems is also required.

Must have:

Active TS Clearance (SCI eligible)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
Business requirements capture experience
Formal documentation experience
IMS maintenance and reporting

Good to have:

Experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in consulting and process improvement

Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and support our mission critical customer in Reston, VA. As our Business Analyst you will provide Subject Matter Expertise support to maintain updates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track reports, support document review and delivery, assist with office support, and production management. Maintains Integrated Master Schedule and recurring program reporting on cost, schedule and performance of the contract in support of Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Division Leads. Provides coordination support for meetings, document reviews, tracking of deliverables and other program actions, and office support and production management as needed. Supports Requirements Management by gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats. Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Provides support to Program Manager in coordinating and tracking personnel onboarding and security document delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Clearance: Active TS Clearance (SCI eligible)
Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education related to specific functional area. Experience completing tasks and supporting deadlines with some management guidance and direction.
Certifications: N/A
Experience and knowledge on:
Working collaboratively across cross-functional teams of all experience levels.
Demonstrated experience in consulting with a specialization in cross-functional and cross-organization integration, processes, policy, and continual service improvement.
Experience capturing business requirements, capabilities, and plans.
Understanding in business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
Experience in coordinating and tracking personnel onboarding and initial document delivery.
Formal documentation drafting, review, finalization, and document control.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and performance as Business Analyst, or comparable role.
