As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in driving the technology and processes improvement related projects in tax and compliance for PwC external and internal clients. You will build and/or develop expertise in architecture and organisational change consulting around tax and compliance processes for our clients. You’ll collaborate with various PwC teams and stakeholders at the client’s side, listen to the client’s issues and wishes to identify opportunities for the business process improvement and automatisation, create plans and designs for the respective projects and ensure that projects align with the client’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities as a consultant will focus on analyzing Client's business processes related to tax and financial compliance as well as identifying automation & digitalization opportunities.

• This role will include business process redesign activities;

• This role will include creation of business and technical documentation.

• During the project, you will communicate with clients, therefore effective and professional communication is essential.

• We expect the proper understanding of project team roles and proactive contribution to mutual success.

• We expect the effective combing of technical and business skills.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 

• Good knowledge of tax and compliance related business processes (equivalent of minimum 2-3 years in accounting, finance or tax compliance function) and improvement opportunities identification.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Commitment, enthusiasm and proactive attitude.

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in tools like Visio.

• Knowledge of VBA and/or VB.Net programming languages would be an advantage.

• Good understanding of IT technology.

• Experience/certification in RPA Platforms e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, NICE would be an advantage (if you do not have it - no problem at all).

Languages: 

• Ukrainian – Advanced/Native.

• English – Upper-intermediate-Advanced.

• German language would be an advantage.
