We’re looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

Data Analysis: Delve into our game data to uncover insights, identify patterns, and forecast trends. Your findings will form the foundation for strategic decisions.

Recommendations and Insights: Translate complex data into actionable strategies that inform in-game feature development, optimize the in-game economy, and shape our product roadmap.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance player experiences, refine monetization strategies, and boost retention.

Automated Reporting: Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports, ensuring critical metrics and player insights are readily accessible across the organization for data-driven decision-making.

Must:

• B.A/B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• A passion for understanding user behavior and a knack for navigating ambiguity
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-motivation

Advantages:

• Strong SQL skills for efficient data querying and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• One to three years of experience in a B2C tech company
• Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics platforms
• Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
