Schbang Digital Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in growing sales and building relationships with key prospects. You'll manage inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, develop proposals, and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads from various sources.

  • Conduct discovery calls with clients to gather project requirements and assess their needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams to scope and plan the project, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

  • Develop proposals and share costs with clients.

  • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

  • Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Work on building pitch decks and strategies

  • Identify new avenues and opportunities for the company’s growth

  • Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments

  • Maintain accurate records of all BD activities and client interactions.

  • Provide regular reports on business performance, pipeline activity, and other key metrics to senior management



Requirements

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in a technology product or service setup.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing inbound leads and closing deals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

  • Experience in software development, engineering or technology is a plus.
