What You Will Do
Handle the commercial process from conducting site tours to closing deals for inbound leads.
Generate outbound interest through smart and effective inside and outside sales strategies.
Maintain accurate and updated CRM data entries on potential sales opportunities and keep notes based on the latest status.
Be familiar with the company's value propositions and be able to explain and answer queries effectively.
Conduct a large number of daily site tours, follow-up communication through various channels and other meetings.
Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to generate leads and close deals.
What You Will Need
1+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management is preferred
Understanding of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious, curious, adaptable to a rapidly growing environment
Proficiency in Cantonese and English
Experience or knowledge in the hospitality, real estate, eCommerce, food delivery, F&B, or tech sector would be beneficial
Familiarity with Salesforce and G Suite tools
