About this Role
As the Manager of Business Intelligence you will be responsible for assessing our current company dashboards, identify data trends, troubleshoot performance issues, develop departmental reporting strategy, and work cross functionally with various department heads.
Key Competencies
- High proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to translate complex business problems into actionable data analyses
- Experience with Business Intelligence, dashboards, Tableau
- Maintain accuracy of dashboards and with goal of becoming business owner of Tableau
Experience
- 5+ years of professional work experience querying large data sets, visualizing information, and informing company strategy.
- Experience with Business Intelligence, dashboards, and Tableau.
- Gaming industry experience (ideally). Alternatively - a strong passion for gaming and the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of our products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytics, marketing, business, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics preferred but not required
- Nice to have: Startup or Turnaround experience: Proven ability to thrive in a startup-like environment, with a proactive mindset, strong initiative, and a track record of taking ownership of analytics processes and driving results.
Starting Compensation: $144K - $170K base salary based on experience
Location: Las Vegas HQ - Onsite for 5 days per week
