Job Description

This role focuses on prioritizing, designing, and executing strategic programs for Go-To-Market Sales teams to drive global priorities. The Business Program Manager III will manage programs across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and standardized operational rhythms. Responsibilities include scaling the work of GTM teams, measuring and reporting on key metrics, identifying and resolving obstacles for stakeholders (including executive leaders), establishing expectations for deliverables, and providing program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of program or project management experience in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment, with experience in program management, vendor management, and working with executive-level clients. Experience in process improvement, SaaS, cloud computing, and cross-functional team management is preferred.

Must have:

10+ years program/project management experience
Experience in enterprise, cloud, or technology environment
Program/vendor management experience
Executive-level stakeholder communication
Fluent English communication

Good to have:

Process improvement/Lean Six Sigma
SaaS/cloud computing/emerging tech experience
Cross-functional team management (engineering, sales, marketing)
Executive stakeholder expectation management

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
Experience in program management or vendor management.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in process improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
Experience with cross-functional engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
Ability to manage expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goal and program success.
Ability to work on a product, team, or process.

Responsibilities

Scale the work of the Google Cloud GTM teams by creating, defining, running, and reporting on global cross-functional programs according to business needs.
Measure and report on key metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel, or scale the program’s effectiveness globally.
Identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner.
Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
Provide program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate on the program effectively, rapidly, and at scale.
