Job Description

The Business Support Analyst at Zscaler supports post-sales business teams (Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, TAM, Professional Services) and processes through Salesforce administration. Responsibilities include interacting with the BSA team to deliver business requirements involving Salesforce configuration, handling case incidents, troubleshooting, configuring Sales & Service Cloud, performing RCA analysis, building reports and dashboards, package installation, sandbox refresh, and contributing to case prioritization. The role also involves acting as an SME, training new team members, and working with external vendors. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience in enterprise automation, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Administration, and hands-on experience in Sales & Service Cloud configuration, Copado deployment, and Salesforce security management.

  • 4+ years in enterprise automation, 3+ years in Salesforce Admin
  • Sales & Service Cloud configuration expertise

  • Salesforce security management (roles, profiles, sharing rules)
  • Master and Transactional Data management
Good to have:

We're looking for an experienced Business Support Analyst reporting to Manager, Business Applications Support. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Post Sales Business teams (Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, TAM, Professional Services) & processes through Salesforce Administration.
  • Interact with the Business System Analyst (BSA) team to work & deliver Business requirements that involve Configuration & Administration in SFDC.
  • Handle case incidents & perform End user troubleshooting to improve user experience in SFDC.
  • Configure Sales & Service Cloud in Salesforce.com (Manage Package, Flows, Validation Rule, VF components).
  • Perform RCA analysis, identify gaps in Business/System Process & suggest improvement measures.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards.
  • Installation of packages.
  • Sandbox Refresh & Post Refresh tasks.
  • Contribute to the team on Cases & Operational Change Request (CR) Prioritization.
  • Act as an SME & train new team members.
  • Working Experience with external Vendors.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise automation, with the most recent 3 years in Salesforce Administration.
  • Hands on experience configuring Sales & Service Cloud in Salesforce and in Master and Transactional Data management.
  • Hands-on experience in Copado deployment & user story promotions and manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, Flows and groups, validation rules.

What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Good to have – Genesys knowledge, CTI knowledge, Understanding of AI, Experience with working on ServiceNow Tickets.
  • Preferably an Expert in Excel & analyzing large volumes of data and identifying patterns.
  • Comfortable with loading and querying large data sets using Data Loader and/or Workbench.
