Job Description: 

This role is for a Business systems analyst to be part of Data Foundation and Insights (DFI) organization in IT to work on data and analytics solutions to support Revenue and Sales and Marketing business groups. This position involves understanding the business requirements, working with Agile scrum team in designing and delivering world class data and analytics solutions enabling key insights for SMG, Finance, and executives.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and promote modern solution/data design approaches that ensure connected data and reusable data products for business use.

• Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-making.

• Works closely with data architecture/developer teams to implement data modeling solutions to streamline and support enterprise information management.

• Ensure business rules, data definitions, and functional aspects are captured accurately and appropriately within Reporting solution/data models.

• Expected to work with different scrum teams, architects, and business stakeholders to understand the business process to drive data design and validation of data products that enable reuse and scalability across multiple analytics use cases.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related discipline with relevant industry experience.

• Years of experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics, with a strong ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for business decision-making.

• Knowledge/experience working in the Revenue and finance data domain.

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and database management.

• Proficiency in SAP HANA, including experience in database management, and utilizing its advanced analytics capabilities to optimize data processing and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.

• Experience in Microsoft Azure and Databricks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex dataset.

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and platforms.
