Business Transformation Consultant

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will be a Partner to the Commercial and Marketing stakeholders while working on the Business Systems Team.

You will be:

• Partnering with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to improve the systems and processes involved in their day-to-day work.
• Participating in discussions to get an understanding of upcoming changes and strategic goals for Commercial and Marketing
• Identifying obstacles proactively and develop solutions to prevent and/or overcome these scenarios.
• Driving projects that prioritise data quality and process efficiency
• Displaying understanding in Finance subject matter and technical knowledge of the related systems
• Gathering requirements for upcoming changes and work closely with development teams to plan the delivery of requests.
• Planning changes in NetSuite and work with the Finance team to coordinate
• Acting as a member of the Scrum Team

1-2 DAYS PER MONTH REQUIRED IN EITHER THE DUBLIN OR BELFAST OFFICE

You will have:

• Experience with Finance Systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Planning) and Finance Processes
• Experience managing complex solutions.
• An awareness/familiarity with Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills and experience in project management (Scrum/Agile)
• Self-drive with an in-depth attention to detail
