Job Description

Growe is seeking a C&B Specialist with at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include benefits development and administration, payroll coordination, HR analytics, HR budget management, employee grading development, ensuring C&B process accuracy, employee consultation on company policies, and managing ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Excel, 1C: Enterprise 8.3, and Google Sheets skills, experience in foreign markets, and upper-intermediate English proficiency. Accuracy, attention to detail, data handling skills, and teamwork are essential.

Must have:

2+ years C&B experience
Excel, 1C:Enterprise 8.3, Google Sheets proficiency
Foreign market experience
Upper-Intermediate English
Data analysis & accuracy

We need your professional experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Excellent knowledge of Excel, 1C: Enterprise 8.3, Google spreadsheets, and other office software;
Experience with foreign markets;
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
