Job Description

The CEO's Office Staff at KRAFTON supports the CEO in establishing overall strategic direction, internal/external communication, and managing high-priority agendas. Responsibilities include strategic planning, research and analysis, communication, leading projects related to key issues, and guiding related organizations to solve problems. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in strategic planning within the gaming industry or consulting. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in business English and data analysis and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with various departments.

Must have:

4+ years experience in strategy/business planning or consulting
Problem-solving experience in complex environments
Effective communication with management and stakeholders
Business English proficiency (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Bachelor's degree or higher

Good to have:

Game industry strategy/management planning experience
Interest in KRAFTON and its games
Enthusiastic gamer across various platforms/genres
Data analysis skills

CEO Agenda 핵심이슈 관련 프로젝트 리드 역할을 수행하거나, 업무 추진체계 정립 후 유관조직을 가이드 함으로써 문제해결을 지원합니다.

최소 4년 이상의 유관 산업 내 전략/사업기획 경력 또는 전략 컨설팅 펌 근무 경력
규모와 관계없이 비즈니스 이슈와 원인을 직접 정의하고, 복잡한 구조 하에서 유관조직 협업을 통해 주도적으로 문제를 해결해 본 경험
경영진 및 유관부서와 효과적/효율적으로 커뮤니케이션 가능한 Maturity
비즈니스 영어 구사 능력 (영문 보고서 작성 및 해외 구성원과의 소통 가능한 수준)
보고자료 작성을 위한 문서 작업 도구(Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등)의 높은 숙련도
해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
학사학위 이상 소지자
