Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at PwC Channel Islands and take on the role of Change Manager in Tech & Transformation. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing organisational change initiatives within our firm. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change strategies, processes, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

You will be an integral part of our wider team of skilled and experienced Project Managers and IT specialists, currently based in Jersey. Technology is at the heart of our strategy, and the Tech & Transformation team plays a crucial role in embedding digital into our firm. As an IT Support person, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and enable new technology solutions across the business, delivering products and services that are transforming the way our firm operates.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include supporting the Transformation Project Manager in the following areas:
● Change Management
○ Collaborate with the project delivery team to drive the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with our firm's strategy of being a leading technology-enabled professional services firm.
○ Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption and integration of new technology solutions across the business.
○ Work closely with stakeholders to identify and assess the impact of changes on individuals, teams, and the organisation as a whole.

○ Provide coaching and support to project teams and leaders to build change management capabilities and ensure effective implementation of change initiatives.
○ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

● Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
○ Create and execute change management communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
○ Conduct change readiness assessments and develop interventions to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption of new technology solutions.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with other project deliverables.
○ Build a network through collaboration with key contacts across the wider PwC network to stay abreast of the change management process and methodologies.

● Knowledge Management & Best Practice
○ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change management, technology, and transformation to continuously enhance our change management approach.

This role reports to:
● Transformation Project Manager.

There are no direct reports into this role.

Qualifications & Certifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, organisational psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
● Relevant professional qualifications such as Prosci (or equivalent).

● Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably within the technology and transformation space.
● Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
● Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
● Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing change management interventions.
● Ability to coach and support project teams and leaders in change management practices.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change.

● Leadership Abilities: The candidate should have strong leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire teams through the change process, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

● Attention to Detail: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and address obstacles or barriers to change, finding creative solutions to overcome challenges and ensure successful change adoption.
● Business Acumen: A good understanding of business processes, strategies, and industry trends, enabling effective change management within the context of the organisation.

Travel Requirements:
Ad hoc travel to Guernsey when required.
