Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate account management, and the smooth handling of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries, requests, or concerns

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and expectations

  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports

  • Assist in contract renewals and proposal development

  • Resolve issues efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Identify opportunities for account growth or improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role
