Job Description

As a Client Delivery Manager at Endava, you will be the senior client-facing representative, responsible for shaping engagements, overseeing delivery, and building long-term relationships within the banking, payments, and financial services sectors. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs, deliver impactful digital solutions efficiently, and ensure commercial soundness. This role involves strategic advisory, delivery leadership, and client engagement, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.

  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients in banking, payments, and financial services, building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Understand local market trends (e.g., instant payments, Open Banking, digital wallets, regulatory compliance) and align solutions accordingly.
  • Lead account planning and strategic discussions that position Endava’s capabilities against client goals in digital transformation, customer experience, and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth by aligning with evolving client and industry needs.
  • Ensure all projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the entire software delivery lifecycle — from discovery and planning through to implementation and post-release support.
  • Monitor portfolio health, risks, and resource alignment to ensure delivery success.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to project managers and delivery leads across your client portfolio.
  • Champion team engagement, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build a culture of trust, performance, and accountability within and across teams.
  • Introduce and manage appropriate governance models to maintain transparency, mitigate risk, and support informed decision-making.
  • Own financial performance across the account — including budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
  • Balance the needs of the client with internal delivery sustainability and commercial goals.
  • Promote Agile delivery principles and modern delivery practices across your engagements.

Job Description

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be the senior face of Endava to our clients — responsible for shaping engagements, overseeing delivery, and building trusted long-term relationships. You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them succeed through impactful digital solutions, while ensuring that delivery remains efficient, scalable, and commercially sound.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery leadership, and client engagement. While you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end success of delivery outcomes, you’ll also act as a strategic advisor and relationship builder, identifying ways to deepen our impact and expand our partnership within the client’s business.

This role requires a strong blend of delivery oversight, commercial awareness, and cultural fluency — particularly in navigating the expectations and relationship dynamics within the Saudi Arabian market.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients in banking, payments, and financial services, building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Understand local market trends (e.g., instant payments, Open Banking, digital wallets, regulatory compliance) and align solutions accordingly.
  • Lead account planning and strategic discussions that position Endava’s capabilities against client goals in digital transformation, customer experience, and innovation.

End-to-End Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure all projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in delivery leadership, consulting, or account management roles — ideally within a digital agency or technology services environment, with exposure to Banking and Payments.
  • Delivery Ownership: Proven track record of leading the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from early discovery through to launch and post-release optimisation.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build deep relationships with clients, understand their business, and influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong experience managing budgets, delivery forecasts, and account profitability.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to spot opportunities for growth and position Endava as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Industry Background: Experience in financial services, banking, or payments is highly desirable, with an understanding of sector-specific trends such as Open Banking, instant payments, and regulatory compliance..
  • Agile Capability: Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
  • Cultural Awareness: Experience working in or with clients in the Middle East, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
