Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate RPG is seeking a Combat Planner for their LOST ARK Mobile project. This role involves designing and implementing the combat systems and logic for the mobile game. Responsibilities include designing the combat systems and logic for LOST ARK Mobile, managing and commissioning character action resources, and ensuring a high-quality player experience. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in combat planning, strong system logic design capabilities, a deep understanding of combat planning principles, and excellent combat UX analysis skills. Experience with combat tools and live service environments are highly valued. The position is based in Seongnam, South Korea and offers a full-time, permanent position.

Must have:

3+ years combat planning experience
System logic design skills
Deep understanding of combat planning
Combat UX analysis skills

Good to have:

Combat tool planning experience
Game live service experience
