Responsibilities

Manage and support B2B relationships with publishers, partners, and distributors to ensure smooth collaboration and high client satisfaction.
Conduct KYC onboarding and ongoing remediation for publishers, PCs, and distributors to maintain compliance and data integrity.
Perform periodic compliance reviews and ensure all regulatory standards are met.
Maintain and update master product lists, pricing, and contractual details to support commercial activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating seamless communication via WhatsApp, WeChat, and email.
Collaborate closely with finance, compliance, and distribution partnership teams to align on client needs and operational requirements.

Requirements

Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Language proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with publishers and stakeholders
Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Client Focus: A client-first mentality with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
