Job Description

The Compliance Testing Senior Manager will assess and evaluate internal controls within the Group's fintech business, ensuring compliance, appropriateness, and effectiveness of operations. Responsibilities include developing and executing compliance testing plans (covering financial and legal risks), monitoring key business strategies, identifying risk issues, generating testing reports, and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in financial compliance consulting, testing, financial auditing, or IT auditing within financial institutions or accounting firms. Experience with reputable financial institutions, Big Four accounting firms, or renowned law firms is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential, and experience with data analysis tools like SQL or Python is advantageous.

Must have:

5+ years in financial compliance/auditing
Develop and execute compliance testing plans
Identify and report risk issues
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Assess and evaluate internal controls

Good to have:

SQL, Python, or similar data analysis skills
Experience with Big Four firms or reputable financial institutions

Responsibilities

1.Assess and evaluate the establishment and operation of internal controls in relation to the Group's fintech business, as well as the compliance, appropriateness, and effectiveness of business operations. 2.Independently develop product “compliance” testing plans (including but not limited to specifically designed testing plans for financial and legal compliance risks), utilize testing means to follow up on the formulation and implementation of key business strategies, identify risk issues, issue testing reports and follow up on the implementation of rectification measures.

Requirements

1.At least 5 years of experience in financial compliance consulting, testing, financial auditing or IT auditing within financial institutions or accounting firms; experience with reputable financial institutions, the Big Four accounting firms, or renowned law firms is preferred. 2.Proficient in both Mandarin and English for work communication. 3.Experience in data analysis and development using SQL, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
