TrackMan Indoor Golf is looking for a detail-orientated, hard-working candidate that will play an integral role in bringing our client's a world-class indoor golfing environment. Be a part of a team that designs, plans, and creates an indoor golfing environment for residential, commercial, and green grass facilities that are driven by the industry-leading launch monitor – the Trackman 4 with dual radar technology.

The main objective for our Concierge is to provide timely and high-quality service to potential and current Trackman Simulator customers and to lay the foundation for positive, long-term relationships with our customers.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate installations, including payment schedules or anything requiring internal staff and contractors—all actions reflected in Microsoft Planner and other internal tools.
  • Scheduling installers/Sales Reps work times with contractors, location owners, and customers.
  • Monitor and answer all emails to the group mailbox in a timely fashion. These will also be phone calls for information, support, scheduling, and more by our customers, contractors, sales, and internal staff.
  • Planning to ensure that the project proceeds on track and all items are factored into the install.
  • Planning the project's material needs by populating the appropriate picklists to ensure a successful install with no rework needed. Experience in Excel required.
  • Coordinate the exceptional quality installation of Trackman Golf Simulators by remaining in contact with all open projects (over 150 at any given point in time).
  • Oversight, including communication with customers, of shipments related to installation, from the point of order to final delivery.
  • Establish best practices and innovative concepts related to product installations.
  • Work directly with Director of Field Operations and Project Management Team to understand and verify all project requirements and prerequisites before project coordination and installation.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Provide simulator client support in accordance with our current policies and agreements.
  • Assist Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as needed to help the Trackman business.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year working in the golf industry
  • 2+ years working in customer service
  • Have and maintain a valid drivers license

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Takes direction well and is an effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Technologically inclined (good / comfortable with computers and other technology)
  • Quick Learner
