As a Content Associate you will be a key player in content creation and maintenance. We’re continually improving support content you will create, update, and maintain shared content for various DraftKings verticals. Being a part of the Strategic Customer Initiatives Help Center team you will be creating an exceptional experience by providing customers with easy-to-find, easy-to-use, and easy-to-trust self-service resources for any question they may have.
Develop and deliver accurate and timely content, with guidance from managers and partners.
Support the team in auditing and maintaining accurate content within DraftKings, Golden Nugget help centers and within the associated Chatbots.
Work with managers and partners to support DraftKings launches, feature releases, and more.
Work with teammates to support the content review and adherence process across cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Regulatory Operations, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience.
Work with teammates to deliver KPI reporting for Customer Experience leadership and support of Customer Experience excellence.
At least one year of professional experience.
Awareness of the DraftKings and Golden Nugget Help Centers and associated Chatbots.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
Comfortable managing changing requirements and adjusting plans accordingly to meet evolving project needs.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task, is required.
Previous content creation experience is required.
An interest in content creation and writing is essential.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 23.08 USD - 28.85 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
